Our Story
Mark always dreamed of having a kitchen as romantic as those in movies, believing everyone should enjoy the pleasure that cooking brings, regardless of their skills. This passion drove him to create perfect kitchen utensils.
Determined to learn from the best, Mark traveled to Japan and Germany. In Japan, he studied the art of tempering with traditional knife makers, crafting sharp, finely honed blades. In Germany, he learned precision processing and material selection, integrating advanced technology into his designs.
After more than a decade of dedication, Mark launched the Ghafari brand, embodying the essence of Japanese craftsmanship and German engineering. Ghafari utensils are celebrated for their sharpness, elegance, and durability, transforming kitchens around the world.
